This transaction was done entirely over the internet and e-mails. On Barry's site I found a listing that met my needs precisely. I was able to "tour" the condo using the "Virtual Tour" function on the web site. This virtual tour highlighted for me several additional things which I wanted to "see" so I e-mailed Barry and asked him to take several photographs (digital) for me.
